A Leicester Letting Agency, Harry Albert Lettings & Estates, has been shortlisted for an award by The Negotiator Awards. The Negotiator, a leading industry magazine, hosts the awards every year and the agency was nominated under the New Agency of the Year 2018 category.

The Negotiator Magazine is the most popular, widely read industry magazine of the private rented sector and property industry

The awards ceremony, also known as ‘The Oscars of Property’, attracts hundreds of entrants and nominations per year and Harry Albert Lettings & Estates has fought off fierce competition from up and down the country, many of whom are large, corporate letting and estate agents or otherwise, have a much larger marketing budget to buy their customers. Harry Albert Lettings & Estates is operated by a small team with managing director, Andrew Hill, undertaking the majority of operational activities, providing a personal service that is second to none. The company is funding by the director of the company and a very small number of individual, private investors – the company is fully controlled by the director.

The judges are a panel of industry leaders and experts and making it through to the final is sure to be a fantastic opportunity for Harry Albert Lettings & Estates to show off their expertise and high-level of customer service.

The company has been recognised on numerous occasions for what they do to help landlords and tenants and their local community alike, from informing the private rented sector of the updated ‘How to Rent’ guide when the government published a new version without informing anybody to offering free advice to landlords and their competitors to enable them to stay on the right side of the law to offering free Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS) Reviews where they will come to your property and identify any hazards or areas which may fall foul of the new health and safety laws landlords will need to adhere to.

Harry Albert Lettings & Estates are rapidly becoming a leading Leicester letting and estate agent and, it appears, they have already taken the top spot as being Leicester’s best online agent.

Managing Director, Andrew Hill, says;

“We have been shortlisted for a New Agency of the Year Award at what has been dubbed the Oscars of Property.

At Harry Albert Lettings & Estates, we have strived to protect landlord and tenant interests and to ensure a healthy environment within the private rented sector for landlords, tenants and agents alike, from highlighting the Government’s silent publication of the new how to rent guide to educating tenant charities about the risks associated with their demands of the government and how dangerous current proposed and approved legislative changes are going to be for tenants, especially those lower income renters.

It’s an esteemed award highlighting how much we do for our sector, our communities and our clients. We haven’t won yet but the consideration alone demonstrates to us that what we are doing is getting noticed.”
